Well well I called Rogers last week re the issue of audio cutting out and picture. Tech dispatched and did not want to come in house as he said "he sees poor signal strength from his truck". He said the signal strength IS known and he will have his supervisor look into it. So now we see an improvement but still see or hear occasional audio cutouts

My wife says she will handle them.
