Next box turns on then shuts off

In one of my bedrooms, my motorola DCX700 box will turn on but then shut off, I have not been able to watch television in  the bedroom since it was hooked up. All the cords are plugged in securly. The power, lan, and data lights blink when I turn it on, but it wont get passed the Passport Guide DVR 3.5 powered by Rovi screen, once that screen pops up the box itself turns on.

There are not alot of people here familiar with the east coast boxes 😞

But sounds like it could be a faulty box.. once it gets so far.. it crashes.

Your best to contact rogers.. if its a rental, get it swapped.
