Next box pvr says recording not available

How do I get it to work?

Hello DoubleD

Have you tried rebooting the PVR to see if that will fix it? At times if not most of the times a simple reboot on the box will fix this. Try that and let us know if it works!

I have tried that many times it is now 24 hours Rogers says it may take 48 to 72 hours

Hi, any luck with this yet?

 

Got home from work and have the same issue. Even worse the guide has reverted to the old guide. I was told before that if I choose to go back to the old guide , my recordings would be deleted.

 

I'm pretty sure my recordings are gone for good

Yes, when it goes from the new guide to the old, it wipes everything.
Though it shouldn't have reverted unless you asked them to do it.

Yea if your box reverts or upgrades to the new or old software, all your recordings will be deleted for good.
