Next Shipment Of Iphone 4?

Hey All,

 

Any info on the next Iphone 4 shipments? Im like alot of you out there without an Iphone in hand, and am wondering when the next set of iphones are coming through!

 

I personally, am waiting to order through the call centers, as i don't have the time to drive from store to store! What do you guys think?

Hey all. We expect shipments to come in on a weekly basis and will work to get them to our retail locations as quickly as possible. Exact timing will depend on region, but we plan to post inventory updates at the bottom of this RedBoard blog post:

As per Erin's note, the goal of the forums is to provide a venue where customers can help each other with technical questions related to our products and services. We're going to be flexible with this over the first few days as customers learn the guidelines.

I agree - 
I can't seem to get any information about stock where I live. -  They only had 5 - 10 per store. Our population is 86,659 in the city and then add  all  surrounding farm towns.
They just tell me to keep calling  back - but now they leave the phone off the hock or don't answer at all. 
Therefore it forces me to drive to the store to get told.. I don't know.


I would love to order it online.

This community is designed as a place where Rogers customers can help each other find answers for technical questions about products and services. As this thread isn't about technical issues, it is off-topic for the forums. We provide other venues where customers can discuss non-technical topics including our RedBoard blog and our @RogersHelps Twitter account. There are also lots of great third-party forums where non-technical conversations take place regularly.

 

In the future, we'll be removing off topic posts, but we just wanted to flag this one today while the community gets familiar with our Community Guidelines.

I understand this is for Technical questions and answers - but I have tired to contact Rogers several ways about this and still have not go an answer. I think there are several people also wondering the answer to this question.

That's funny, Erin - as the Redboard posting announcing the community forums also says they're a place to "discuss Rogers products and services"

 

That seems to fit this question.

 

Unless, of course, that was just marketing talk that somebody added to the Redboard post because they thought it sounded good.  You marketing folks should talk to each other, keep your message consistent.

Rogers Community Forums – a place to find solutions to technical issues, ask and reply to questions as well as "discuss Rogers products" and services.

 

Technical issues are absolutely essential i completely agree, but i believe that "discussing Rogers products" is apart of the forum agreement, and with relation to the Iphone 4, it is very relevant in helping the rogers community. If not helping at least allowing them to vent. I believe i can speak for everyone when i say that no one wants to go to a third party forum to figure out when theyll be able to receive a popular product, and that Rogers RedBoard though very informative has been very low-key on availability and updating its customers in these aggravating times.

 

I hope that this thread/post is not censored, as it would make me very wary of what i would and would not be able to post in the future with regards to new products like the iphone or BB torch or an android phone such as the forum introduction statement states. Not trying to make anyone angry, i just feel that the rogers community is a fantastic idea, where it can help me alleviate some stress while waiting for a new and exciting product that rogers has Man Happy

I'm not trying to mean or a rude customer - I have been with rogers for a long long time. 
I think the community if a great idea. 

 

 


I asked the about the stock on here because I wasn't getting answers anywhere else.

Regardless of why you asked, it is a legitimate question. If the support staff doesn't know the answer, then they should say so by answering the question instead of deleting or flagging posts and redirecting you to third party forums. There is always someone with too much power under their index finger....

@jepson i completely agree,

 

The only reason i wish for this thread to continue is there are places far and few in between, to receive information on this topic. As long as those comments we place here are appropriate and not ignorant, i think that this thread will and should do nicely
