When will Rogers make this patch available to Samsung users?

It seems further investigation on ARS indicates the phone can be turned into a audio and video bugging device with the issue.

Unfortunately there is no word on when this patch will be pushed out. It will be pushed out without them saying anything. Hopefully they will soon. I was reading this on Forbes as well.
