Contacted @CommunityHelps yesterday, update was pushed through overnight and was able to play 2 games of LOL this morning before work without issue using the CGN3ACSMR over Wi-Fi.
I'm having the same firewall issue as well~ is there any guildline for us to fix this issue by updating software or something?
Yes, firmware update is available to fix the firewall issue you have with LOL. Prior to general release of the update, we can provide the update directly to those who contact @CommunityHelps via private message and provide the following information:
-Cable account reference number(12 digits beginning with “2”)
-MAC address of modem (12 digits found on the back of your Hitron modem)
Modems will be updated during nightly maintenance windows so you can expect to see the update take effect within 48 hours.

There will be release to all of the CGN3ACSMRs. Until that happens, it can be pushed out to your modem by contacting @CommunityHelps with the required details. See the first post of this thread:
