I just contacted rogers last sunday for the week one of the 2015 season - I live in Toronto and they said i can order the red zone channel by itself - was about $40 - cant recall if that was before or after taxes - hope that helps.

Yes!

 

I just got it stand alone for $49.99, and all I have is Skinny Cable.

 

Mind you, I have not tried it yet, so I hope it works.  But I ordered it successfully.
