My Rogers Account - After HUP IP4

I've Been Around

"Based on your last hardware upgrade on this wireless number, you are not eligible for an upgrade at this time. You will be eligible for another hardware upgrade after: 07-Jul-2014"

 

It's been displaying that since the HUP to IP4 on launch date 07.30.10

 

Please correct this asap, our contracts ends in 2013.
