My Phone Is Broken

 My phone is broken. I had it less than a year. Rogers will not fix it. They also won't give me a new phone or let me out of my contract. So, I am using a "non-smart" phone, but paying the cost of a smart phone. I am stuck.

If its physical damage, then they will charge you for the fix. If its deemed that the phone got damaged by it self, then they would need to fix it for u.

Have you contacted Rogers tech support and see if they can send you out a replacement device and u send your back?

Just another note. They won't let you out of your contract if your phone is broken. The only thing you can do is either fix the damage ( whatever the cost may be) or see what tech support says.
