Motorola Razr Question

Does anyone know if the Rogers version of the Motorola will come with an unlocked Bootloader so that we can load our own Roms? Verizon is coming locked, but the international version is unlocked. I would be into this phone if was unlocked but if it comes locked, count me out.

I doubt it will be unlocked.

Just to add, all carrier bought devices comes locked to their corresponding carriers. With the exception of Nexus phones, which come stock unlocked.
