Modem is showing that everything is fine, but there is no internet connection

Hi,

Just last night I lost internet connection completely. I've refreshed the modem multiple times since then. And each time the modem says everything is fine, but when I try to to use a device through wifi or my pc, which is connect via ethernet cable, they all say there is no internet access. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

What color are the status lights on the front (and are any blinking)

Are you able to log into the modem, and check the docisis provisioning and docsis wan pages and post the info here?

I can once I get home in a couple of hours from work. But the lights are all on like they normally are. Internet (@) say's its on and the wifi lights are on. That's why it's so odd.
