Don't believe them. They gave me the same line abouut how it would take 3 days before they could do anything. I had to call tech support on 8 occassions before finally getting some action.
So , the resolution.
I had a tech support guy at my home on Saturday. He fixed the issue.
He told me Rogers had changed the bandwith or frequency on their side, for where they were sending the HD signal for these channels from. Turns out the original installer (on August 1st) had these incorrectly set to the old frequency so that's why I wasn't recieving a signal on these channels). The tech changed the frequency on the Roger's side, and now these channels work.
