Mail servers rejecting login for receipt

Seems like every month or so there is another hiccup with the Roger's mail servers. Everything was just fine up until an hour ago but now it is rejecting receive logins ("Service not available - try again later").

It's been down for me almost all morning and I can't even get in my mail from the Rogers/Yahoo site either.  And yes, I agree there always seems to be a problem with this every month!

So I could get some sense what's going on, I waited for about 25 minutes to speak to a rep for tech service to find out what the problem is. She told me that most of their customers are having a problem accessing their Rogers e-mail. They apparently don't know what the problem is and said it could take up to 48 or 72 hours. I couldn't tell whether they are just trying to manage our expectations or haven't a clue, but she didn't seem to know anything other than the mail has been down since about 8:55.

Two Roger eMail accounts I have are not working either.  Just when I need them.

y, POP login is down for me too and has been most of the morning. However, so far I've been able to get mail through webmail. Not exactly ideal.

Seems to be hit and miss.. havent really been able to get in the webmail... pop/imap seems SPOTTY, but then will get a burst through on my phone.

With me it was only the SMTP servers that were down, could receive OK.
Anyway it appears to be working now.

Hi all, we are having issues with Rogers Yahoo mail today. We're working with them on the resolution as we speak. Some customers have told us via @RogersHelps that it's been resolved, so it seems some are coming back. Thanks for your patience!
