I am unable to sign-n to my "outlook" e-mail. I keep getting the following message from Microsoft "Call us overprotective, I need a security code in order to continue. There are a number of steps I have to do first but at the end of it all they require the security code to continue.
Also when I try to go into the internet I get the following message, "Diagnose Connection Problems". I have contacted my server and I am connected properly. Thank-you Dorothy
