My Lumia 920 began to show sign of dust accumulation in the front camera so I went to a store. They sent it to Nokia to fix it.
Is anyone know the time to get it back? The representative said two weeks but he was not sure. Also on the Hardware Repair Request receipt there's an UPS tracking # but it has been 3 days and the status is still "A UPS shipping label has been created".
Yes, i know but don't you have access to someone who know how this process is handled? It seems weird to give an UPS tracking # to the customer and 1) nobody knows what's about 2) this tracking doesn't seem to give any useful information
Rogers hands over the phones to be repaired at Flextronics. They repaid all of the Rogers phones.
Rogers has no clue of what happens when the warehouse gets the phones & repairs them. The company has no call center for customers or to find out about repairs. You will have to wait for the phone when it comes back. It can take 2-4 weeks at most if not a bit longer.
The Tracking number works 98% of the time. They give you the tracking number to show u it went to the store or place its supposed to go to.At times the tracking number may get stuck & show only 1 status. This has happened with me when ordering products on others sites.
