Low signal strength

Hello everyone,

I am planning to get a phone from Rogers in the near future, however, the signal strength near Lawrence Ave. West and Jane St. is very poor. Is there any way I can let Rogers know so that they can improve their signal in that area?

-Thanks

If you find your area to have week signal, the best way is to contact Rogers technical support and they will assist you either resolve the issue or create a repair ticket if deeme necessary.

Re: Low signal strength

Hello Maco

They can't do much. All they will tell you to do is get a new Sim card or send in your wireless device for repair. The ticket can only do so much but nothing more will do
