I am planning to get a phone from Rogers in the near future, however, the signal strength near Lawrence Ave. West and Jane St. is very poor. Is there any way I can let Rogers know so that they can improve their signal in that area?

We can troubleshoot these types of issues with you.
If you find your area to have week signal, the best way is to contact Rogers technical support and they will assist you either resolve the issue or create a repair ticket if deeme necessary.
