I was in Regina for few days, and my S3 connected to the LTE network there. It was amazing.
The Rogers Network Coverage map doesn't even mark Winnipeg as "Coming Soon".

What the heck? Why does Rogers hate Winnipeg? What did we ever do to them?

Oh Come on Rogers!!!!
Winnipeg isn't even on the LTE coming soon list anymore.
Regina Sask has it, and now St Johns NB.... But not Winnipeg!
Bell is now in Winnipeg and offering the inferiour 4G-LTE.
MTS has 4G-LTE.
what is going on Rogers????

Hi everybody
I am bumping up this post to announce some good news.
Today, we’re very excited to announce we’re bringing LTE Max to Manitoba through a province-wide network sharing agreement with MTS. Starting June 17th, we will roll out our premium LTE network that enables theoretical network speeds of up to 150 Mbps to customers in Winnipeg, Brandon, Victoria Beach, Grand Beach, Selkirk, Steinbach and Ste. Anne.
More details here: http://redboard.rogers.com/2013/manitoba-lte/
We also wanted to thank you all for your patience. We're very happy to finally have LTE available for you.
Starting Monday, let us know how it works for you.

yes it is here... Winnipeg has LTE and LTE Maxx
did a speedtest.net and got 68 Mbps DL and 25 Mbps UL
However I had to reboot to get that speed. I don't think the Maxx part worked until I rebooted.
Thank you.
(I was still mad that rival city Regina got it first, but you know I can't stay mad at you.....)
