Kies on SGS2

Well I need help or advise, I install Kies in my PC, every time I start the program to transfer music or pics to my phone the PC said windows is force to close the program????, I install it like 20 times from diferent places, need to do something in my PC to make it work? The Kies by wifi To complicated but the program ask for password, I enter it and after nothing happen, try again and ask me for password again, I try to plug the phone so the PC read it as a external drive ......nope.... Any ideas? Thanks

Drivers might not have been installed correctly on the computer from kies

In all personal opinion i absolutely hate using kies

So once the drivers are properly installed your computer should read the memory drives on the S2LTE and allow you to copy music and pics straight to the phone without kies
