June 3, 2015 Question regarding discounts applied to current plan

I've Been Around

Can you please confirm my discounts that were to continue until November 2015 will still continue enlight of the CRTC policy that became effective today.

As this is a user to user forum, other members would not be able to confirm how long your discounts will be on your account. Anything specific to your account details needs to be handled by a Rogers Representative.

 

Also the changes to the Wireless Code should not be affecting your discounts. If the discount was offered until November 2015, then it should stay on until then. If you made/make changes to your plan and discounts will be lost, the agent will communicate this to you.
