Log into your 'MyRogers" and make sure viewing the "Overivew" tab and look around the page until you see a red bar saying "Device Reservation,: it should be in the "Wireless" section. Once you click there it will let you know your number and order status and such.

Ya thanks - every time I went in, nothing. I just went back in & a button was there for Device Upgrades. Wasn't there before. I am 'in progress' without a number. No e-mails yet.
