Is anyone having issues with the Internet? We are in Brampton and have been down since 8:00!

can surf the web after dns change...but voip phone service not working

Down in Guelph for hours. 10pm now and using cell phone connected to Telus.

Internet is down in Whitby too. Massive outage. Rogers sucks. Going to an alternative. Thank God for my Telus LTE mifi.

Internet in the GTA and north (and west it appears, probably more), is not DOWN per say, but mostly.

 

The DNS server appears to be broken.
Some things will connect (some games which dont use it), but browsing it broken, unless you change to use an alternate DNS server.

It varries by device/OS.

 

But usualy, you go into the settings for your network card (either wired or wireless) and there should be an option to select enter in the DNS servers.

Thank god, i have dsl my friend is with rogers and wondering why it doesn't work, but Skype works as it doesn't use dns server
