Is Rogers getting the Samsung Galaxy S2 ? NOT THE LTE Version

I am wondering whether Rogers will be releasing the Samsung Galaxy S2 anytime soon?  I am referring to the 4.3 inch screen and 1,2 GHZ phone not the 4.5 inch LTE that everyone is talking about ??  I believe the phone I am talking about is already at Bell but being a Rogers customer I dont want to change ....not yet at least.  Thanks,

No, they're releasing the slide though, which you may prefer. But as far as S2's go they got the 4.5 LTE version.

Darn, I was afraid of that- I DONT WANT THE 4.5 inch screen as I think its too big. I might as well walk around with a freakn tablet bolted on my head. I always felt the 4.3 inch version was better.  Can I purchase the phone elsewhere and unlock it for use with Rogers ?

How is thay a tablet :/... I own the htc raider which has a 4.5 inch screen and it doesnt seem like a tablet ....

Yes, you can get the 4.3" version, unlock it and use it with Rogers.  You can also buy the unlocked version from Newegg:

Yeah I love the 4.5" Raider, it feels good in the hand, and .2" difference is hardly anything, I would have been more inclined to get say the bell or AT&T version based off of the processor more than the screen size.
