I can't get online and am using my phone. Why is there no Rogers service update page?
Completely messed up service in Etobicoke. I've also noticed internet problems over 3G too, so it's a fairly widespread problem.
I tried the rogers live chat it said 14 minute wait, counted down to will be with you in 1 minute or less, that was 20 minutes ago. I then phoned tech support, it said 5 minute wait time, I have now been on hold for 17 minutes...what gives?
How about a status webpage with up to date info?
Yeah, this is just plain annoying and weird.
Webpages are half working or working for 2 seconds.
For a while, I was in some basic format of everything with no flash or java.
Their phones are screwed up too.
Have tried to call several times for an hour and it's always something different lol
I think it's a problem with their DNS. I'm having problems with internet browsing but I can still VPN into my work network and my Vonage phone service still works.
