Iphone 6 Carrier Dropping while Roaming

My iphone6 keeps dropping the local carrier so I get the no service icon. I have to reboot to get back on the local carrier, it keeps happening many time through out the day. I am traveling in New Zealand. Is it problem with phone or service?

It seems like the network but then again it could be the device. Have you tried taking the sim card out and popping it back in?


Also have you preformed a factory reset on the device to see if that fixes it? Back everything on iTunes and then do it
