i am now experiencing the same problem. And on top of Roger declaring that i have reached my Internet usage cap (which is not acurate because there is no significant change in my habit), the tool to check usage history is not working. or has been intentionally disabled! So i am told that i have exeeded usage but i can not check myself to confirm based on patern. To make matter worst, i have spent about 2,5 hours over the phone tonight messing my agenda and to have one of the agents hang up on me inttentionally and being redirected from one department to another. Very bad custome service today!
Seems like this company still does not understand that NO to Per Usage Billing means NO!
This is one more example why we can not trust their biling system based on usage. The Rogers tool is full of bugs which leads to inaccurate counting of usage and unpredictable errors! 😞 most frustruating part is that a litle customer like have to waste hours of my valuable busy time being given the run around when i am not being hanged up on.
kind of remind me of the partern of another company that lost a lot of customers ... name starts with B and ends with L with two letters in the middle. ... do you get it?
The reporting, is always a day behind.. so often while you are going over, its already too late.. sort of need to keep youself a few days ahead (based on your usage say is at 70% showing.. might be more adding todays usage, etc).
As for viewing it... I dont know what to say. You.. as well as others, have has issues getting it to show.
I have NEVER not once, NOT been able to see it. It loads every time for me, without fail...
