Internet speed significantly slowed since last tuesday (Bathurst area)

Last tuesday many people in my area lost their phone, cable and internet for the entire day. Ever since the internet returned on wednesday it has been agonizingly slow at loading webpages during most of the day (very late night it runs quite well but I don't want to become nocturnal). I'm not the only one having such problems for my friend is also having slow speed and would like to know if there is something wrong.

This is a user to user forum.. so none of us would really have any answers 😞

Best would be to call in.. and see if there is anything reported in the area.... could be maintenance still fixing whatever is broken there, etc.
