My internet disconnect randomly, sometimes it disconnects for few seconds and sometimes longer, at first I thought it was my router so I bought new one but right now I am still having the same problem. I am wondering if I should change my internet modem, if yes how do I change it??
If you have replaced the router.. its likely a modem or signal problem then.
If you call tech support, they may make you run through some basic things first, but if you can get them to send a tech out, they could check the signal, etc. If you ask when on the phone, for the technician to have a modem with them to swap that would save you some time. If not you may have to take it to a rogers+ location to swap it.
If you have BOUGHT you modem.. this would mean buying a new one or renting one.
