Yup, you definitely have cable problems. This time you have 14 downstream channels. There should be 20 down and 3 up. Probably time to replace the external cable.
There are three CGN3 series modems, the CGN3, CGN3ACR, and CGN3ACSMR. The CGN3ACSMR is undergoing a firmware update this week to resolve issues with online games such as League of Legends an others, as well as latency issues which affect gaming and VOIP devices and VPNs.
Please reach out to technical support, with those cable modem signals for sure they will send out a Tech. Thats the only way to have it checked.. definitely something's wrong possibly with the wiring to your house.
Let's hope he arrives for the 2-4pm meeting in the next 10 minutes.....or maybe this only takes 5 minutes to fix when he gets here.
