Hoping someone can help or may be familiar with this issue?
We had internet installed last night and the Bose sound system has been acting up since. Wondering if it's a connection cable issue? Our cable was split and is going into the NextBox and the ignite box
Anyone have help or can troubleshoot?

What are the issues you are experiencing with the Boss sound system?
Is the sound system connected to bluetooth?
Is the sound system on the same outlet as the modem and Nextbox?
Was it self installed or did a Rogers technican do the installation?
If the rogers technician installed the Nextbox and the modem, there shouldn't be any problems if the connection is split as he would ensure the devices are getting the correct signal strength.
