In app purchases on games

Can I bill in app purchases for games to my Rogers account on iOS or do I have to have an I tunes store balance only?

Hey, Welcome to the community. I have tried this on my iPhone and I did not find carrier billing option in iTunes for in APP purchases. Hope this helps. 

If anyone else in the community has come across carrier billing options, your input would be appreciated.

@cschmold  I did look into it a bit more and here is a link

which will provide you more details about in APP purchases made on iTunes. 

At the bottom of the link above, there is a list of countries and carries that support the in APP purchases and

it does not seem like Canada is included.
