Improving wireless service

Hi , I have been trying to find the best way to provide ideas to the company to better how our customers look at us. I have thought of this for some time and I think this would help in that area. Companies like AT&T, Sprint & Verizon offer a service we don’t provide. For instance Sprint have a product called “Airave access point” This link shows the info on it. (http://support.sprint.com/support/device/Sprint/AIRAVEreg_Access_Point-dvc1230002prd). These type of devices are called Femtocells which boost signals within the home for cell service.

I know there is a way people can manipulate some but there has been ways found to stop these kind of issues as in this article http://www.digitaltrends.com/mobile/femtocell-verizon-hack/ .

I just feel this would help push the company in an upper level of service, since we are pushing hard towards  satisfying our customers more.

Thank you for the new way of allowing us to provide our ideas once more. Smiley Happy

Re: Improving wireless service

Nicholas, I believe this one was moved FROM the ideabox as the ideabox does not really deal with hardware recommendations, fixes, etc at this time
