Have been unable to log into the Ignite Wifi hub app the last few days. I get the message “Sorry, there is a problem on our end. thanks.........”. Is this just me or is it a country wide issue and any idea when it will be fixed?

Haha, never mind! I was trying to sign in with the wrong password. Shouldn’t the message have been “password is wrong” not “there is something wrong at our end”? Anyway, problem solved.
