If you decide to sign up for IgniteTV, please provide the technician with the CODA trial modem, as that is the one that is currently active on your account. As for the older modem, if its not too out of the way, you can return it to a retail store to get a written receipt of the return? Although the technician may be able to take it also, we cannot guarantee that you will be provided a paper copy of the return.
