Couple of Months back I was shocked to see my Invoice . It was amost Double , called customer service and found out that all the discounts I was getting as 8 year loyal customers were taken off . I have three lines from Rogers .Was expecting little  rspect from Rogers .Any way there were disounts on my file for long , but I never been told that these Discounts are for certain period . Any way its there way . What we can do ?

You have to call in and inquire.

Most discounts normally have a time frame.

They may be able to do some other form of discount now.
