I have the Rogers Hitron Modem and I have run into sort of a problem. I cannot login using the cusadmin and password. I have no recollection of changing it, and am worried that it was changed by someone else. I try to change it, but no matter what password I put in, it always says "Old Password is wrong". I wanted to change it to make it more secure. Hopefully I can find some answers here.
Thank you so much,
George

Hi @George-GT
Thank you for posting on Community Forums.
You can reset your modem to factory reset by following the instructions here.
Locate the Reset button on the back of the modem.
Press and hold the Reset button for 10 seconds.
After 10 seconds, release the button. The modem should restart and the lights will flash.
One the modem is finished restarting and is online the settings will be back to default. At this stage you’ll need to set it up again manually or use Rogers Easy Connect.
Hope this helps. 🙂
