How to grey-out non-subscribed channels?

Our Nextbox 3 guide shows non-subscribed channels greyed-out, a nice feature when channel surfing.  Our Cisco Explorer PVR 8642HD used to show them greyed-out, but now all channels are lit up, a nuisance ... anyone know if the user can control this setting?  Thx.

Go to settings
Select - Channel Setup
Select - Hide Channels
Select - Hide all Unsubscribed Channels
Save.

Thx for the reply.  Before I read it I tried the old solution to everything, I unplugged the PVR and did a reboot and now the grey-outs of non-subs are back.  I checked the settings the reboot used, which are now:

channel setup

hide channels

show/hide options

- show all, hide all, show all unsubscribed, hide all unscribed  (none of these are checked off)

there is no Save button, you leave this screen with the Exit button
