I just wanted to remind you that, in order to connect to the LTE network and experience LTE speeds, you must meet the following requirements:
Rogers LTE SIM cards are marked as LTE on the front or back of the card itself. You can also confirm that a SIM card is LTE-ready by checking the number printed on the SIM card, it should indicate 403, 405, or 406 as the last 3 digits.

yes - been there and done that... i have only been experiencing this issue for the past week, but prior to that I had no issues connecting to the LTE network
