How do i turn off pay as you go auto top up?

I have been using pay as you go for some years now and am getting ready for post secondary. As such I am planning on switching to a plan soon and not using pay as you go anymore. So I am trying to turn off the auto top up so I do not waste money.     How do I do that via the rogers website?

Did you make sure that your Prepaid account was linked to your online profile?

 

Also, the account must have a registered credit card to sign up to Auto Top-Up.

 

In the instance where the address for the credit card does not match the address on file, it is possible that it does not allow you to manage it ,using the automated system or the website.

 

In this case, simply let a Pay as you Go representative know that you wish to bring this modification to your services. 

For further assistance, call them at 1-800-575-9090.  To reach a representative choose option 4, then option 4 again (how to contact Rogers).  At the end of the information on how to contact us, you will select option 1 to speak with an a agent.

Hello annaling,

 

As the auto-top up would require a credit card to be registered on the account you should be able to disable it by logging into your account and removing your card info.

Solution given does not work. There is no "bill information" tab; billing and payment in my Profile doesn't take me to Manage credit card option.. *611 options given online do not match options given on the phone; again, NOTHING points to manage credit card.
