I'm on a mac, and I was unable to quit the applet, had to force quit. Every time I start up my computer the applet tries to start up and I have to force quit again.
I've tried to find the app by searching for Rogers, LogMeIn, Live Chat, Rescue, etc. but to no avail.
Any help removing this applet would be greatly appreciated

The original file downloaded should be named LMIRescue.pkg.zip Try searching that file name and if you are still having trouble please let us know and we will further assist.
Thanks,

I also have this problem, and locating the original file download does not help. I can see that file, but not the installed application that is launching at startup.
How do I unistall this software? I'm running OSX 10.7.4.
Thanks.

Hi There, its in a tmp dir.
I opened terminal and did
cd /private/var/tmp
then i did
ls LogM* to confirm that it was there
then i did rm -rf LogMeIn*
rebooted, and no more stupid rogers popup thing.
