I called the number and selected 4, 4, then 1 and it took very little time for someone to answer. I was able to explain my concern and she was able to answer all my questions and solve the problem.

@Shagedorn : The number I provided in post 41 is for PAYGo only. I'm not sure that's what @Perster is after. Near the bottom of the main Rogers page is a contact us link, which indicates the many ways you can contact Rogers.

to reach a live agent, call 1-800 575-9090, choose option 4, then option1
