Having problem of setting up outlook

Hello:

 

Having problem of setting up outlook to sync with my work email.

Does it has anything to do with Rogers?

Will it solve my problem if I can successfully setup outlook with Rogers email?

Depends on the exact issue you are having.

RECEIVING your work email? Should work fine in outlook (assuming there is the right settings from your work for it), should be able to RECEIVE fine.

 

Sending, is another story.
Many ISPs will BLOCK using someone elses OUTGOING mail server, on their ISP.
This is to help prevent SPAMING, from a virus, etc on your PC using another persons ISPs info, etc.

You need to set up the OUTGOING mail server, to be a ROGERS outgoing email server, and email account info.

Not necessarily likely, no 😞

They can provide you with the INFORMATION that you need to enter for THEIR email.

Beyond that..any client setup, etc.. is on the users, and falls outside of their normal support.
You would need to PAY for the techXpert, etc.

What is the exact problem you are having.. where/what is it failing on, etc?

Walk us through what you are are doing, when its having the problem, etc.. we may be able to figure out what to do.
