I have an HTC One X and receive the notification yesterday for the Jelly Bean OTA update.
However, everytime I download it (through wifi) when it gets time to install, it says the file is corrupt and won't install.
I have contacter technical support, whom where not really helpful, as they suggested I install HTC Sync Manager and try through that (I did, no such option on there, unless I don't know where to look)
She then suggested that if that didnt work, I back up my files and do a factory reset.
I really don't want to do a factory reset...! Any one else with this issue?
And if my last resort is the factory reset, how do I back up my phone?
Thanks, I am running out of options!

Well ended up using backup pro to back up my stuff. Did the factory reset and was able to do the update.
