Guide screen is black

Hello, we have been having trouble when we hit guide on our remote. The screen comes up completely black minus a small box in the right hand corner which is blank as well. We have called rogers and were to reset the box. We have done a reset but this hasn't worked. Thanks.

Odd. Are you getting channels ok if you tune to them?
Would think a signal issue, that it's not communicating to get the guide.

Hey everyone,

 

For future refences, I would suggest trying the reset one more time just in case it did not load properly. Unplug the power cord for the box for 30 seconds and plug it back in. Once the reset is completed try pressing "guide" again. If the issue persists, it could indicate a hardware issue with the box, a network issue or signal interference.
