No offence to Rogers chat, but I doubt they'll be able to help. The problem is probably with NHLTV. It seems to be a time out error.
Rogers will just have you re-install and reboot and check your internet settings. And it's more than likely neither of those.
You can add my phone app to the list of apps and devices that aren't working.
Do you know how long i had to search google to find this issue finally here buried in rogers forums. its one thing to have problems but hiding the problems when looking for a solution is just more nonsense.
Stupid app has never worked right. how much money does this company need to make before spending it on improving customer experience

"As you indicated there is a know issue for game center live we are working to resolve the issue but do not have an eta on when this will be resolved. If you would like we can notify you once this issue has been resolved at your chosen method of contact email, phone or text"
