It's 6:56 and I'm wating for Leafs game. I'm stuck on http://www.nhl.com/gamecenter/en/gamecenterlive?id=2014020001 at the Watch Tab
Current NHL GameCenter LIVE™ subscribers sign in: DOES NOT ACCEPT MY MYROGERS LOGIN. I have already got the NHL Checkmark on Rogers.com
The only things visible is:
Upgrade to Watch Live Games, Replays and More

Xbox One works fine for me. Try uninstalling the app and deleting your saved data. Reinstall the app and log in using your Rogers credentials.
The app doesn't tell you if you're logged in or not so when in doubt, log in after you install it.
These are the steps that worked for me.

Hey Rich97 thanks for workaround, but unfortunately it didn't work. I'm still getting the error of not being able to connect to the Rogers network when I try to view a game.
Really not impressed. I realise that the app was not Rogers fault, but I pay Rogers for this service, which makes Rogers responsible. I'm not impressed. Hopefully someone gets this fixed in time for the Ottawa/Edmonton game.

I have updated to the new Rogers NHL App for NHL Gameventre LIVE. When I initially download the app I'm able to open it and login to my user account. Once I exit and try to open the app again, it doesn't open. The blue circle just keeps looping. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app a few times and the same thing happens each time. Is there a fix for this or is it a bug in the upgraded app?

If you do a search for "10 Things They Got Wrong with the New NHL.TV", it's almost as if MLBAM screwed it up on purpose.
They need to go back to the way it was, because everything MLBAM has done is wrong.

rogers should be sued for taking peoples money and not giving them what there sopposed to get for a extra 50 just buy center ice its worth the extra money,and if you get the game center live for free then take what ya get i guess.
when all eles fails delete the app and reinstall

NETWORK ERROR - GCL on Xbox One
Logged into the new GCL app on my Xbox One and when I select any of the "Watch Live" options for any games I get the following error message:
"Cannot connect to Rogers NHL Gamecentre LIVE. Please check your network connection and try again."
My network is fine...GCL works on my iPad on the same network and I can watch anything in the "highlights" option on the xbox one app but nothing live....any ideas?

Hello @Jambon,
When you were at the sign in screen, did you use your MyRogers email and password and select the circle icon (Sign in with MyRogers)? If it's working fine on other platforms and the problem is specific to the Xbox One, I have heard adjusting network settings for Xbox to resolve many issues related to apps, online gaming etc. Our Techxpert team should be able to assist with this. You can reach them at 1-866-876-8772. I would also check out the Xbox site for some troubleshooting tips here.

Hi all
Having the same problem as most when trying to access any live games using my Xbox One. Works ok using my android devices, havent seen any issues. But 95% of the time I watch my games through my Xbox One. No idea why the app needed to be updated, the old one was working fine. Now all i get is a connection issue stating i cannot connect to rogers gamecenter.
I hope this gets resolved soon.

Gamecenter used to be OK. Never perfect but nothing is.
Now Rogers and NHL got into bed with MLB and Gamecenter is trashed! On every OS.
Where are the condensed games?
If you set the scores to HIDE, they show up everywhere anyway.
Scroll bar is useless - you have no idea where you are in the game.
The hilites themselves are terrible - half of it is goal disputes (why do we need to see that?).
It's not as great as it used to be. I already tried to cancel for a refund. Still trying.

Gamecenter - not a technical complaint
This is not a tech problem.
This is a product quality problem. Ultimately a commercial problem. You completely reinvented a sports media platform HALFWAY through a season. HALFWAY through subscription contracts.
The new product is vastly inferior from a preferences standpoint.
I may make it through this year, but no question I will NOT re-up.

I am having the same problem with my new iPad. It too sometimes buffers; but my much bigger problem is that it constantly shuts down during the games. We have good wifi as I am getting between 37 & 47 Mbps download.
I never had this problem with my iPad 2 and your older Game Centre App.
Do you have any suggestions to fix this annoying problem?

I agree. My Roku and computers can logon. The apps work. It just keeps telling me the games are blacked out. The problem is clearly at Rogers' end. I have it free this season and was going to subscribe next season. Not very likely right now.

Rogers: Fix your "upgrade" or risk a lot of lost revenue. Don't give us any more garbage about it being on our end. The upgrade happened, the service stopped working. Time for the back out strategy.

I agree with the recent complaints about poor quality and stability since the player upgrade in early February. I was very satisfied with the service prior to the upgrade... which is why I shelled out $200 for the season.
Now, even at the lowest bitrate, the game experience is extremely poor, with buffering issues, near impossible playback, and frequent loss of player control.
I'm very annoyed that I paid for something good, and middle of the way, it gets switched to something poor.
I want what I paid for back... ASAP!

Nrw error message.
All games have
Media Error: Video not available
Firefox shows no games.
Chrome shows games.
Also on Firefox, it would continue to load when logining in. Closing the page and then go back nhl.com/scores and selecft game works.
