It's 6:56 and I'm wating for Leafs game. I'm stuck on http://www.nhl.com/gamecenter/en/gamecenterlive?id=2014020001 at the Watch Tab
Current NHL GameCenter LIVE™ subscribers sign in: DOES NOT ACCEPT MY MYROGERS LOGIN. I have already got the NHL Checkmark on Rogers.com
The only things visible is:
Upgrade to Watch Live Games, Replays and More

Getting the same thing. Have tried the computer, iPhone and Apple TV. All tell me that the useid/password is not valid.

Been one the phone for an hour with Rogers and they can't seem to figure it out. Kept telling me to re-download the app on my phone, told them the app isn't the issue as I can't login on the computer or my ps4 app as well. Ridiculous waste of my time. I was a gamecentre customer for a couple of years and have never had an issue. Rogers takes it over and I can't even log in on day 1. You'd think that a company of this size would know how to develop a proper system and not have to rely on customers wasting time with an incompetent support team. I should start billing them for my time.
Has ANYONE actually been able to log in using their Rogers credentials?

I've been able to somehow login and watch through my iphone, but not on my ipad or apple tv. Very frustrating

Exact same problem here... working through my phone, but not desktop, despite the fact I get through to the Rogers "Congratulations!" page. Maddening. Anyone have any ideas????

Is there supposed to be a Rogers NHL game centre app? that's different from theone used the last few years? This is horrid.

I am able to login on my iPad but I can't get in on my laptop. I have followed the instructions but it ain't working! The MyRogers ID is not working to login.

I am guessing there is a login issue. On my iPad there is a separate login area for Rogers customers. It really seems that at the NHL site that the MyRogers login does not work. You have to log in via a separate method and some or all people are having issues.

Working on xbox but not on desktop. Was on live chat for 30 mins and only got 2 responses, terrible customer service. Why they didn't let people signin before today to iron out issues is beyond me....

Got it working on iphone and ipad, but I think that's only because both apps have a specific Rogers login. What I really want is access to the Apple TV app.

Cannot login. I just switched to corporate account with 5gb data. Says account not eligible.
Anyone else have this problem?

I presume all the Rogers people are on an extended coffee break after "talk to the expert" or whatever that was? Nobody at the company can provide a single constructive response to this host of issues?

@Hey andrewn37, the app is the NHL app and you should be able to authenticate your MyRogers credentials within that app. Any problems thereafter can be addressed with our support team @RogersHelps or Facebook.com/Rogers
