From Theatre Release to On demand

anyone know how long it ussually takes from a new release hitting the theatres, to the time it is available 'on demand' ?  

Just wondering if there is a guideline, to wait for certain movies to come up after the debute day..

Movies are generally released on demand at about the same time of the DVD/Blu-Ray release.

THIS.

Rogers is actually pretty good now, in getting them the day the dvd/bluray is released.  Used to be a period of time after, but now is usually the same day.

Each movie, etc is then different though.. depending on release company, etc.
