Hi, i have had the same HD box for years - it is the Explorer 4250HD. Am I eligible for a free upgrade/replacement? Thank you.

Roger's digital boxes are not like cell phones. There really is no such thing as a free upgrade per se. If you are renting the box, you can take it in to any Rogers store and exchange it for another at any time. You will of course continue to pay the appropriate rental fee. Or as Gdkitty has mentioned, Rogers now has a rent to own option. If you own the box you could either purchase a new one or switch to a rental box instead. Keep in mind of course that it is more expensive to purchase or rent an HD PVR box. I do not think that the 4250 is a PVR.
