I have searched the app store and can't find the Rogers My Account app. Where can I find it? Also, when trying to get another free app form Rogers (for callinf and texting Rogers users) why am I asked for payment info if the app is free?

What type of device are you using?
Depending on your device, please refer to the instructions below.
For Android devices you need to have a Google Account, which can be created from google.ca or from your device.
Download Application from the Google Play Store
For iPhones ,you must have an iTunes account. The App must be uploaded from the iTunes App Store.
Download the application

Thanks for your help. I was using an iPad and I coudn't find it until I searched for iPhone apps.
