Finding Rogers my account app

I have searched the app store and can't find the Rogers My Account app. Where can I find it?  Also, when trying to get another free app form Rogers (for callinf and texting Rogers users) why am I asked for payment info if the app is free?

what phone OS are you on?

Its called MyRogers on iOS

Also called MyRogers on Android.

They should only ask for account info/etc for login.. no payment info.

Thank you for  your post and welcome to the Forums.

What type of device are you using?

Depending on your device, please refer to the instructions below.

For Android devices you need to have a Google Account, which can be created from google.ca or from your device.

Download Application from the Google Play Store

1. Select Play Store on the Android device.
2. From the Main Menu, select Search.
3. Search for Rogers My Account.
4. Tap the result to go to the Application Page.
5. Select Install.
6. Select OK to accept the application access details.
• The application will start to download (check My Downloads from the Main Menu to see progress).

For iPhones ,you must have an iTunes account. The App must be uploaded from the iTunes App Store.

Download the application

• From the App Store on your iPhone
1. Start the App Store app.
2. Search for Rogers My Account.
3. Click Free.
4. Click Install.
5. Enter your iTunes password.
6. The app will be downloaded onto your device.
• From the App Store on PC

• You need the latest version of the iTunes application downloaded.
1. Launch iTunes.
2. Connect your iPhone to the PC using a USB cable.
3. Select the App Store.
4. Search for Rogers My Account.
5. Click Free.
6. Click Install.
7. Enter your password.
• Application will be uploaded to iTunes.
8. Sync iPhone.

Thanks for your help. I was using an iPad and I coudn't find it until I searched for iPhone apps.
